This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Youme Healthcare. We are currently looking for a Psychotherapist (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) in Maryland (USA). This remote psychotherapist role offers a unique opportunity to provide impactful teletherapy services while working in a flexible and supportive environment. With a strong focus on individualized care, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help young clients and their families thrive. Ideal for licensed clinicians seeking meaningful, mission-driven work, this role combines autonomy, development opportunities, and a dynamic virtual culture. Accountabilities: Deliver 1:1, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth, aiming for approximately 26 sessions per week. Conduct intakes, assessments, and create personalized treatment plans. Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR accurately and on time. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other clinicians. Offer clients and families practical tools, resources, and consistent support. Preferred availability includes weekday afternoons/evenings (3–9 PM) and one weekend day per week. Requirements Active Maryland license as LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT. Strong interest and experience in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a virtual care setting. High levels of empathy, communication skills, and clinical judgment. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a significant plus. Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous. Schedule: • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Travel: 70% office-based; travel to patient homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) for wound care consults as needed • Caseload: 15-20 consults per day Responsibilities: 1.
