Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and transparency. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Active Secret clearance (required at time of application). Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within IT programs. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification required.
