Position Overview: As a Call Center Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to schedule their move. You’ll handle inbound calls, provide information about our services, and close sales while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. This is a fast-paced role for individuals who are motivated, confident on the phone, and enjoy helping people. Responsibilities: -Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers requesting moving services. -Provide clear, accurate information and deliver an excellent customer experience. -Use sales techniques to convert inquiries into booked moves. -Accurately enter and manage customer details using our dispatch and CRM systems. -Maintain a positive attitude and team-driven mindset. -Participate in company incentives and team contests. Requirements: -Strong communication and people skills. -High energy and confidence on the phone. -Ability to “assume the close” and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings. -Basic computer and data entry skills. -Reliable and punctual. -Willingness to complete a background screening.
