Participate in quality management processes, e.g. Corrective Action Reports (CAR), Root Cause Analyses (RCA), solution implementation. Take all measures necessary to protect and keep private any sensitive information shared with you to carry out interpretation projects (e.g. PHI, PII, SBU).
