This role requires deep expertise in telecom-related structural systems and projects. You’ll manage the entire project lifecycle, mentor team members, and contribute to our culture of innovation while ensuring the highest quality standards. The position offers a mix of field and office work, with opportunities for site visits and client relationship management. This is an exciting role for a self-motivated, client-focused professional looking to thrive in a high-performance environment. Responsibilities Manage the design and delivery of structural systems, with a focus on telecom sector initiatives. Serve as the primary client contact, attending meetings with clients and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction. Oversee and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work. Conduct design calculations, perform site inspections, and review sub-consultant reports to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements. Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for projects designed by others, when required Requirements Qualifications What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (or related field) and 5-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in the telecom industry. Must have  tower design experience. Professional Engineering (PE) license is required. Proficient in industry-standard software such as TNX tower, design spreadsheets, and RISA with project management and client relationship experience required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills And Competencies Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative. Apply relevant codes and standards based on project-specific jurisdictions to ensure compliance. The BIM Modeler 2 role is an intermediate level modeling position that is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. This is a member of the production team that will create most of the detailed drawings for projects and may function as a detailer as determined by supervisor. Knowledge of Autodesk NavisWorks, Autodesk Design Review, and working knowledge 3D layout and design. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 1. Perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit in accordance with EC Standards. 2.
