Peter Chang’s fine dining flagship Chang Chang is looking for 1-2 bar team members. Please have minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant with a bev program that includes cocktails, wine and craft beer. You’ll be a great fit for our small bar staff if you’re professional, a self-motivated adult who plays well in a group sandbox and doesn’t need management to be your babysitter. Our business has been stable, despite what’s been going on in DC, and our bartenders average $45+/hour. Hours are easy with no late nights. We’re looking for both full and part time.

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent resident service through daily maintenance projects as assigned by the direct supervisor. Punctuality, professionalism, and strong customer-service skills are also needed to support the initiatives of this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Establish working relationships with supervisors (PM or Maintenance), residents, and vendors. 2. Respond to maintenance requests, using work tickets to track calls. 3. Maintain building lighting, including light fixture and bulbs. 4. Maintain basic plumbing fixtures and plumbing issues. This includes replacing faucets, toilets, toilet flappers, showerheads, fluid masters, and other light plumbing as the property requires. 5. Complete, as needed, minor drywall repairs and painting in units and/or common areas. 6. Maintain and replace doors, locks, windows and screens, as needed. 7. Maintain supplies, tools and equipment inventory, maintenance and service records, and building specification manuals and blueprints. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Customer Service/Safety: 1. Respond to all resident maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner 2. Adhere to safety protocols when completing maintenance tickets to ensure the safety of yourself and residents. 3. Provides timely communication maintenance concerns or trouble tickets with Property Manager Minimum Experience/Training Education: • High School diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between assigned locations • Two to five years of maintenance experience preferred ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • General maintenance engineer experience. • Reliable Vehicle. • Dependable, on-time, and good time management skills. • Legal to work in the United States. SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position. The schedule will require 40 hours per week, including rotating on-call shifts. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasionally requires lifting 50 pounds or less.

This position is responsible for leading analysis of/response to client terms of engagement. This analytical role ensures that agreements to non-standard terms are consistent, mitigate risk, and to the extent possible reflect business interests of the firm. Candidate will advise and work with the Client Agreements Manager and senior attorneys to manage the review, response and implementation of non-standard terms. Assess outside counsel guidelines and other non-standard terms to identify potential issues. Draft internal assessments and proposed approaches based on evaluation.
