Reviews capabilities of novel and current technologies for inclusion or addition to the Identify areas for improvement in the ITAR, the Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) Determination Form (DS-4076), and USXports; prepare solutions for review by legal and management and add solutions to the DDTC web site via the FAQ vehicle. Provides Emerging Technology analysis and develops written products for review by management, DTCC CFIUS, and L/PM, as necessary. Uses initiative and resourcefulness in deviating from traditional methods or researching trends and patterns to develop new methods, criteria, or proposed new policies.
