As an employee of GRS you will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disability to obtain and maintain employment. In order to be a great Job Coach, you must have these qualities: • Professional • Positive • Motivated • Dependable • Flexible • Patient • Empathetic Candidates must meet the following requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • 18 years or older • Valid driver's license • Must be able to pass all required background checks. • 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness preferred. • Employment Specialist Certification desired, not required. Job coach Certification, or DSP certification preferred but not mandatory. We will gladly train the right person!
