Hibachi Xpress Ellet is seeking an enthusiastic Cook to join our fast-paced, to-go-only restaurant team. As a Hibachi Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality hibachi meals, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook hibachi dishes efficiently and safely according to restaurant recipes and standards. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. -Ensure all food is cooked and packaged properly for to-go orders. -Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. -Follow all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: -Prior experience as a grill cook is preferred but not mandatory -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Excellent teamwork and communication skills. -Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
