The Role: • Preparing, warming, holding, grilling and assembling food • Presenting dishes • Station/Food set up (attractive display, buffet, table plating) • Manage food delivery and storage • Inventory management (food labeling, rotation etc.) • Menu planning collaboration with management • Kitchen staff oversight • Scheduling • Cleaning & sanitation • Following health & safety guidelines Skills Needed: • Catering • Time management • Enthusiastic & Creative • Leadership-team oriented • Customer service • Communication • Organizational • Adaptable Qualifications: • Culinary training, preferred • Safe Serve Certificate, preferred
