Cafe Yumm! is an Oregon based franchise that originated in Eugene. This is a permanent position, full & part time available. Cafe Yumm! restaurants serve high quality food with an emphasis on organic and locally sourced ingredients, in a relaxed, fast-casual atmosphere. If you want a career this is a great place to start! We will be calling and replying to applications to set up interviews. Most of our Full Time employees work Three 10 hour days followed by Two short shifts. We do this so your weekends feel longer! Our staff loves how we schedule. Everyone is expected to work some evenings and weekends. $23.00 per hour is calculated @ minimum wage + tips. Tips may vary based on the generosity of our patrons. Your individual wage may vary based on your experience. We are happy to work with Students seeking Part Time employment. We are often able to build a work schedule to complement your school schedule! If you believe you have what it takes to be Supervisor or a Crew Member in a Fast Casual Restaurant, I encourage you to apply. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! All Supervisors and Crew Members will be responsible for outstanding guest service, knowledge of all food and beverage products, learning all stations in the restaurant, proper equipment handling procedures, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, following all safety and sanitation procedures, and other projects as assigned. All employees must be familiar with and follow to the best of their ability the Cafe Yumm! Mission Statement and its Core Values of Integrity, Enthusiasm, Gratitude, and Respect.
