Our ideal candidate will have the skill set to accomplish the following duties: -Able to process all Accounts Payables and Receivables for all property accounts -High level of accuracy and attention to detail -Balance and reconcile bank accounts with database monthly -Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records -Be able to effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results while handling multiple issues and tasks. Can effectively work in a fast paced/demanding environment while maintaining a positive attitude and meet deadlines -10-key skills and typing speed -Computer skills and knowledge of internet including MS Word, Excel, Outlook. -Experience with AppFolio highly preferred. -Strong/professional verbal and written skills -Valid California Driver's License, applicable insurance coverage, dependable transportation Skills Required for this position: -Accuracy, Attention to detail, good Organizational skills -Calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records -Knowledge of accounting principals & concepts, research discrepancies, find/correct errors. -Good communication skills, typing speed and 10-key skills -Ability to work well within a team -Effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results, handle multiple issues/projects. -Computer skills, knowledge of internet, MS Word, Excel, Outlook. -Strong/professional verbal & written skills -Valid California Driver's License, applicable insurance coverage and dependable transportation This is NOT a remote position.
