We are renting a furnished room with a private entrance (120 sq. ft.) in our 3-bedroom home, which includes a swimming pool. We are down-to-earth, laid-back, and keep to ourselves. About the Room: The room is for one individual only. Includes a microwave and a small refrigerator. You’ll need to share a bathroom with one other person. Rent is $850 per month, plus a $300 refundable deposit (refunded if the room is left clean and undamaged). Utilities (electricity, water, trash, Wi-Fi) are included, but cable is not.
