$1,200 Newly renovated and furnished room for professionals/students (sunnyvale)

Hi, We have a 5 bedroom single family home in Sunnyvale that is recently renovated, extremely clean, and fully furnished. We moved to East Bay and are looking for someone who will take care of the house like it was their own. About the house: - Wood flooring, central heating, 10GB wifi (fiber), Nest thermostat, dishwasher, W/D in the garage - Living room furnished with a couch, TV, Chromecast, TV stand, bookshelf, and coffee table - Each bedroom comes with a queen/full sized bed, matching mattress, a nightstand, and a double doored closet Rent: - Available: 11’x10.5’ room with queen bed and shared bath ($1200/month) About current roommates: - young professionals (mid 20s-early 30s) working in big tech/startups. Diverse background including folks from bay area and exchange students from Europe - Friendly and considerate. Desired roommate(s) - CLEAN, considerate, respectful, easy-going. - Professional, responsible, financially stable (proof of employment and fund required upon lease signing) - Minimal/light cooking (given most people eat at work and this is a shared space, please clean up right after using the kitchen and no deep frying etc. Housekeeper will come monthly to tidy up the common area) - Single occupancy per room. Occasional overnight guest ok but no live-in SO/friend/family - No parties/drugs. No pets - We’re looking to create a nice and safe environment for like-minded professionals as opposed to rushing to rent out the house. You’re welcome to apply as an individual or with friends.
