Now Hiring: CDL Truck Driver Position Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver Equipment: 2019 Kenworth 26 ft Box Truck (Warrantied with roadside assistance) Compensation: $225 to $275 per day (negotiable based on experience) Rooming Provisions: $40 to $60 per night Schedule: Flexible – options include 5 days on/2 off, 10 days on/4 off, 14 days on/5 off, or other arrangements About the Job: Join a reputable trucking operation working with a highly experienced broker with over 15 years of CDL driving and brokering expertise. Responsibilities: Safely operate a 2019 Kenworth box truck across various routes Load and unload as needed Communicate effectively with shippers and receivers Maintain a professional demeanor and good people skills while dealing with personnel Follow all safety, DOT, and company policies Handle wait times appropriately Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting (mechanical skills a plus) Minimum Requirements: CDL at least 2 years Clean Motor Vehicle Record (both commercial and personal) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and the legal ability to operate commercial vehicles Willing to go OTR for a minimum of 5 days, 10 days plus preferred.
