Qualifications Required Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency (verbal and written). 3+ years of leadership experience in dock, warehouse, or shipping/receiving within manufacturing, millwork, or distribution. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics (local deliveries and common carrier freight). Proven ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and enforce accountability.
