The house is on a private 5 acre organic farm, hopefully you like other people and animals, owner is on site, we are quiet, and it would be awesome if you are too. Quick walk to the main entrance of Henry Cowell Park. Natural gas and water include. Electric is metered and not included. Electric expense is minimal if you don’t leave the heat or AC on 24/7…..If you'd like to use the wood stove you will need to buy your own firewood, otherwise you can use the electric space heaters. The house stays warm during the winter even without heat due to its southern exposure location.
