Associate must have experience working in repairments and troubleshooting of production machines, preferably in the food industry and be familiar with some electrical work such as wiring, short circuits . Key Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance and repair of wiring, electrical circuits, and conveyer belts. Must have general knowledge of mechanical, power tools, measuring tools Perform repairs, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations throughout the day Comply with all safety rules and regulations Some knowledge of electrical work such as replacing wall outlets and hard wiring. Summary: Seeking a skilled Mandrel Tube Bender to join our growing team in Van Nuys. This role is critical to our fabrication process, ensuring that all tubing components meet our exacting standards for quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating mandrel tube bending equipment and a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Operate mandrel tube bending machines to produce high-quality tubing components. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. • Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. • Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and report any issues. • Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure smooth production flow. • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications: • Previous experience operating mandrel tube bending machines (preferred). • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with aircraft ground support equipment manufacturing is a plus.

This position is an entry-level job for mill/plant sanitation work in the facility and will train to be operator relief in all departments. This will also include Preventive Maintenance work when scheduled. The primary purpose of this role is to help plant sanitation and compliance with Food Safety and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) standards. The roles of Quality Control Technician include, but are not limited to: • Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products to determine adherence to prescribed specifications. • Record test results and demonstrate good documentation practices (GDP) and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP). • Perform the batch record review per instructions for accuracy and adherence to GDP. • Create and report certificate of analysis. • Perform, record, trend daily/periodic QC checks/data to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of data being reported. • Evaluate the quality of data generated and adherence to procedures and practices. • Record, investigate, and report non-conforming results (OOS) to supervisor in a timely manner. • Report any deviations from procedures and normal practices to manager. • Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents/samples according to procedures. • Ensure all lab glassware is clean, and all equipment is calibrated prior to use. • Keep work area and equipment safe, clean and in good working order. • Attend any recommended training requested by the manager. • Perform other duties as agreed upon by both parties within the scope of the Quality Control Technician role.
