We are looking for a metal fabricator/welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, welding, and cutting. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of various tools and machines. Responsibilities: Operate metalworking machines such as chop saw, table saw, drill presses, and grinders. Perform welding processes such as MIG and TIG welding. Can weld aluminum, steel and stainless. Measure and mark materials for cutting and fabrication. Layout, cut, shape, assemble, and join metal components using hand tools and power tools. Perform quality control checks on finished products. Summary On Premise Products is looking to hire mig welders. 1st shift 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The applicant is responsible for completing mig welding. Capability test during interview. Essential Functions - Complete sheetmetal and tubing, cutting, facing, and bending tasks based on drawings and work instructions - Align, fit, and assemble components in jigs and fixtures for subsequent welding. - Set up and operate variety of manual and power machines to cut, form, swage, flare, and burr tubing according to specifications. CNC experience a plus. - Attach fittings, such as nuts, sleeves, collars, and caps, to tubing components, using hand tools and machines - Perform in process quality assurance activities and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards - Removes minor imperfections by use of mechanical or manual methods according to approved process instructions Education, Experience, and Skills - High school diploma or equivalent - 5+ years of related experience with at least 3 years of experience as a tube fabricator; or combination of related experience and education - Must have strong English communication skills to understand verbal and written instructions - Able to read and understand drawings, work instructions and technical documents and specifications as necessary to perform the job functions - Ability to measure, cut, or work on items with accuracy - Experience with welding equipment including but not limited to: cold saw, pneumatic tools, portable band saw, grinders. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician/Label Control Technician to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.”  At Kutol our QA Technicians/Label Control Technician Provide oversight of the label area, including receipt, approval, issuance, counts, accountability and inventory.  Perform QA functions to include daily manufacturing cGMP inspection and balance/scale checks; product disposition; preparation of CoA/CoM; preparation, revision and issuance of standard operating procedures; preparation, revision and issuance of packaging instructions/specifications and provide support to internal and external customers in compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. Provide support during customer and regulatory audits. Provide support to the Incoming Inspection when necessary. The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include: Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming labels using measuring instruments, specifications and drawings and determine compliance/release or rejection. Provide oversight of the controlled label area by performing receipt, approval, issuance audits, count verifications, inventory and reconciliation of labels.  Perform daily inspections of the Manufacturing areas and balance/scale checks.  Work with Manufacturing Management/Supervision to ensure quality issues are addressed. Assist in writing/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Issue SOPs for approval, distribute and keep SOP manuals up to date with current revisions. Maintain Master Manufacturing Records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Conduct quality investigations as directed and prepare findings. Provide support to internal and external customers. Support education of others in current Good Manufacturing Practices, applicable regulations, and company Continuous Improvement initiatives. Compile all required reports and documents on the performance of the above duties. Serve as back-up to QA Incoming Inspection when needed.
