Position: Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (increased to $24–$28 once hired on permanently) Duration: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally and courteously. • Screen calls, assess client needs, and direct them to the appropriate department or resource. • Process premium payments accurately and efficiently. • Provide empathetic and supportive communication, particularly when assisting clients with claims. • Navigate sensitive situations with patience, understanding, and professionalism. • Assist clients in understanding policy coverage, processes, and next steps. • Maintain accurate and organized records in the company’s database. • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
