DUTIES: - Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking - Membership and retail sales - Supervise Sales Representatives - Collect out-standing dues - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio - Enforce studio policies and procedures - Provide an exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, and email - Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities - Contact prospects/leads to schedule intro class and enroll them in a membership - Drive and retain retail and membership sales - Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers - Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible - Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible to be scheduled with CorporateAny other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: - This position offers hourly base rate plus incentives - Unlimited Membership while employed - Employee Retail Discount

We have an opening for a Tire Supplies SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full Time covering San Diego and Imperial County. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more. Your customers are businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, transportation, construction, etc. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, 24 foot long. You will visit customers 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You must have a good driving record, good credit, and good computer skills. Must live in the San Diego - Imperial County area. If you are an Experienced Tire Supply SALES REP, please submit your resume and pay requirements. If you will be training, it is a plus if you have worked in a tire shop, a tire supplies store, or other automotive business. It is a plus if you have sales experience. It is a plus if you speak Spanish. Your training pay is based on goals met per 8 hour work day with customers, 5 days a week, at $4,000 per month if goals are met.
