Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Respond quickly to inbound homeowner inquiries. Qualify service opportunities and present solutions (diagnostics, cleaning, inverter/battery swaps). Confidently present pricing, financing, and subscription options. Quote and present add-on services, when appropriate (e.g., add-on batteries or expansions).
