Animal Rights Attorney Wanted (Indio Hills/DHS)

Need Legal Assistance Re: Animal Control taking my dog when a Brinks Lock failed & he got lose dragging a chain on his harness outside yard &won't let me see my pet for weeks while waiting for a Hearing?!? RCDAS doesn't have my best interests or my dogs best interest in proper perspective - they want to threaten huge fines or else Uthanization & are Not Trusted Public Servants.
