Maintenance Tech / Handyman Maintenance and repair skills required. Looking for Tech for busy facilities maintenance company with plumbing, light electrical and general handyman experience. This is for commercial buildings and 1-2 years previous experience is preferred. Detailed phone APP knowledge and computer skills required. Reliable vehicle and your own tools are also required. IMPORTANT: We utilize multiple Apps for our clients and you must have an Android phone for this position. Iphones do not work. You need to be a motivated self starter that is well organized. Scope of work can consist of 1 - 3 jobs a day. We pay hourly wage, mileage and travel in between jobs. Pay day is every other Friday.
