This unique role combines the leadership of a licensed Boat Captain with the organizational skills of an Operations Manager overseeing charter boats, tour vans, hotel pick-ups, and staff coordination. The ideal candidate is an ocean-loving professional with strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities As Boat Captain: • Safely navigate vessels using radar, maps, sight, and electronic devices. • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and Coast Guard regulations. • Maintain passenger manifests and Captain’s Log. • Lead and delegate tasks to crew members. • Prepare for and conduct U.S. Coast Guard inspections. • Provide excellent customer service during tours and charters. • Investigate and report any vessel damage or safety concerns.
