Framing Carpenter We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and demonstrating leadership abilities while contributing to projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed for various tasks. Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong work ethic Proficiency in wood stud framing, concrete finishing, and forming. Familiarity with construction management principles and practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites. Must have all hand tools. Starting at $20/hr - 35/hr then up depending on proven skills. There will be a test day and probationary period to prove skills.
