Description: YBMG is seeking plumbers with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience. Compensation can be up to $65,000 per year for qualified individuals. Responsibilities and Requirements: • The candidate must have knowledge of plumbing and pipe installation • The candidate must inspect and repair plumbing systems and components • The candidate must perform preventive maintenance, repair and replace water heaters, pipes, irrigation systems, etc. • The candidate must have knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing, including but not limited to replacing toilet tanks, shower cartridges, faucets, etc. • Experience with pool systems is preferred • Ability to locate parts and provide estimates to management • 10 years of experience are required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement • The person must be reliable, able to work overtime and weekends if necessary • The candidate must have their own tools and truck or van. This position may require travel to various locations within the metroplex • The candidate must be able to read diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications • The candidate must have experience with power and hand tools • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete company-conducted safety training classes • The candidate must be courteous and respectful toward coworkers and residents • The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills • The candidate must demonstrate integrity and maintain professionalism at all times • The candidate is not limited to painting tasks only • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED • The candidate must be able to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet • The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds To comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations, applicants must be a U.S. resident, U.S. citizen, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required license from the Department of State.
