We are looking for long term commitment or someone willing to fulfill at least a 12mo contract. Mature experienced barbers with a Seattle clientele are preferred but we are open to new just out of school (current WA barber or cosmo license required) barbers as well. Counterbalance barbershop has been around for a 100yrs, current barbers have been there for 10 plus, this is a legit opportunity at an established shop with a solid client base in an amazing location and reputation to earn over 100k/year. We offer privates and small groups (up to 4) and specialize in rehab focused Pilates. Many of our clients are recovering from injuries, are pre- and post-natal, or are seniors. We focus on helping our clients regain and maintain optimal functionality in everyday life. The ideal instructor has experience with special needs clients.  This position starts as part-time, but can develop into full-time.
