Facilitate communication between non-Haitian Creole speaking staff and Haitian Creole-speaking children, ensuring mutual understanding. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of interpreting. Assist with the translation of written materials as necessary. Promote awareness among staff about the best practices of collaborating with an interpreter. Be sensitive to cultural differences and provide culturally appropriate services. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Haitian Creole interpreter, with exposure to medical, community, and legal interpreting scenarios. Proficiency in English and Haitian Creole. Certification in Interpreting from an accredited institution is preferred. Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking skills. Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. As a DOT Driver (Non CDL)/Donations Ambassador you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an extraordinary donor, volunteer and shopper experience in the Habitat ReStore. The DOT Driver (Non-CDL)/Donations Ambassador is responsible for the safe operation and transportation of goods within a company provided 16-26 foot box truck in accordance with local, state and federal laws. This a physically demanding role, as you will be required to lift, carry, and move donations of various sizes and weight in and out of the box truck, from the warehouse to the sales floor and from the sales floor or warehouse to customer vehicles. While physically demanding the work is also rewarding and plays a critical part in the overall success of Habitat for Humanity’s mission of bringing people together to build homes communities and hope. The Case Manager is responsible for managing all pre-litigation claims files from date assigned through resolution or transfer to litigation.  The case manager ensures the client’s overall experience with our firm is an excellent one by properly handling each case according to attorney instruction and firm procedures.  Supports and exhibits the RHLF’s brand promise, culture, and non-negotiable traits. Essential Functions: Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor to RHLF’s employees and clients. Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public. Must be able to clearly communicate with the clients and coordinate medical treatment and diagnostics treatment as instructed by the attorney. Must be able to make meaningful, forward moving updates to the client portal at least every 30 days. Must understand auto insurance policies and coverages, and properly confirm all applicable coverages. Must be able to accurately record all necessary information in Needles. Must be able to order medical records and invoices as needed and properly record each in Needles. Must be able to complete a comprehensive medical records summary. Must be able to draft demands. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of experience in a Personal Injury Case Management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail is a must. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  Physical Demands and Work Environment:  Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to stand, walk, and sit.
