I am seeking a dedicated, bodybuilding-focused personal trainer to provide one-on-one training sessions four times per week. The ideal candidate will not only guide workouts but also offer insight into diet, nutrition, and recovery strategies that support strength training and physique goals. We are seeking a passionate, friendly, articulate Pilates instructor for our beautiful boutique studio in Los Altos. We offer privates and small groups (up to 4) and specialize in rehab focused Pilates. Many of our clients are recovering from injuries, are pre- and post-natal, or are seniors. We focus on helping our clients regain and maintain optimal functionality in everyday life. The ideal instructor has experience with special needs clients.  This position starts as part-time, but can develop into full-time. We are looking for instructors who are professional, responsible, and a team player. Please have exceptional interpersonal skills, teaching skills, and knowledge of anatomy and movement.
