Looking for a female caregiver for an adult female with autism and some mental challenges. I have three shifts available Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday from 5p-11p, Wednesday from 3:45p-11 that shift you will need to be willing to take me to Hanover PA to cheer practice. And then every other Saturday and Sunday from 7a-3p I enjoy going to the movies, going out to eat, bingo, karaoke etc

As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, encourage independence, and help them lead fulfilling lives within their communities. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to individuals at our day program and community settings. Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ICP changes and toileting. Support individuals feeding. Promote independence through skill-building activities, including communication, transportation, and community integration. Document care provided, progress toward goals, and incidents according to agency policies and procedures. Implement individual service plans (ISPs) and behavior support plans (BSPs). Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals served. Collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, and other professionals as needed. Attend required training and staff meetings. Work Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
