Experience in pediatrics is required Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. Review patient records for all required components and time frames. Executes site observation and notes any deficiencies. Makes appropriate recommendations as a result of monitoring activities. Provides technical assistance to personnel where appropriate. Utilizes data management tools appropriately to record monitoring findings. Overview We are seeking a Farsi speaking caregiver who can help a male with dementia in Downey. He has dementia. He can stand with a assistance and is a fall risk. He wears diapers but he can use the toilet if he gets there on time. The days will be Monday-Thursday. We are looking at hours for 9am-3pm but the hours are somewhat flexible.
