Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of proven management experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staff performance to optimize efficiency.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and prepare management updates.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory management.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or senior management role in a full-service restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
Proficiency with Toast POS systems, Sling scheduling software, and Google Office Suite.
ServSafe or equivalent certification required.
