Qualifications: Proven experience as a cook and/or meat cutter, preferably in a fast-casual or restaurant environment. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Attention to detail with the ability to handle different cuts of meat and produce quality dishes.
