Maintain clean, dry floors throughout the shift. Set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
