Cleaning Professional - Night Team Member - $15/hour + (ANCHORAGE)

Team Member – Floor Care Location: Anchorage, Alaska Company: Q-1 Services LLC Q-1 Services is a well-established and rapidly growing commercial cleaning company providing exceptional services in Anchorage, Alaska. We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our floor care team. No prior experience required – we provide full training. Responsibilities Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as burnishers, scrubbers, and extractors. Perform floor maintenance tasks: stripping and waxing, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Remove dirt, stains, and other debris from floors and carpets. Assist with general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces) as needed to cover for other custodians. Communicate with supervisors to ensure operational requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supply inventory. Comply with all safety and health standards and guidelines. Requirements Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. Willingness to learn how to operate and maintain specialized equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Reliability and strong work ethic. Driver's license preferred but not required.
