About the Role: Skill Construction and Design is seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Field Runner and Helper to join our growing construction team. This is a part-time or full-time position working side-by-side with our General Contractor and Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly across Northern Virginia. If you enjoy being hands-on, learning from experienced professionals, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, then this is the job for you! What You’ll Do: • Assist with day-to-day field operations and construction support. • Pick up and deliver tools, materials, and job site supplies using a company vehicle. • Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites. • Work alongside project leads on a variety of hands-on construction tasks. • Support coordination between field crews and office operations. Who You Are: • Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment. • Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors as needed. • A good communicator who works well with others. 🚗 IMPORTANT – Must Have: ✅ A current, valid driver’s license ✅ A positive driving record (you’ll be driving a company vehicle daily) ✅ A copy of your current DMV driving record (available for free online through your local DMV site.)
