The main areas of focus will be: Office Management • Responsible for over all office management • Manage and greet visitors • Create and manage team events • Manage daily lunch orders for the office • Manage office supplies • Assist the COO and Controller with various tasks: team meetings, project tracking, reporting • Assist with onboarding of new employees Shipping / Receiving • Handle all shipping and receiving, including communications with the client • Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints • Keep a meticulous record of shipment information • Schedule and manage shipments and couriers Operations • Assist with internal projects as needed • Create presentation materials, project tickets Facilities • Manage building, including maintenance Requirements: • BA / BS degree from a 4 year university • EXCELLENT WRITTEN, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are a MUST • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to wear different hats, and are constantly looking to grow and learn • Ability to effectively prioritize and independently take initiative • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, demanding environment • You are a strong and flexible teammate.
