Room Available – 2 Bed / 2 Bath – Private Bathroom – Lease Takeover – Northglenn/Westminster I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You’ll have your own private bathroom. The lease runs until March 1st, 2026. After that, you can choose to renew with the current roommate or make other plans. Rent is around $700 to $800 per month, utilities included. You’ll need to be added to the lease, as I’m unfortunately moving away for work and won’t be able to finish out the lease.
