This house is a single-family home. We live in a room on the main floor behind the kitchen. You will share the upstairs with one other roommate. The upstairs has two bedrooms at opposite ends so there’s plenty of privacy. Your master bedroom has its own walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. We can provide it furnished if needed. Everyone in the house will share the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the main floor. There is a porch area outside the front door for lounging or smoking. Located south of I-70 with easy freeway access. Short 7 mins walk to 40th and Colorado station, which is one stop to RINO, two stops to Union Station, and 30mins to DIA. The home includes access to an in-house washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking within the community. A six-month lease and a credit check are required.
