This role involves preparing and blending teas according to recipes, ensuring consistent flavor and quality. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, mixing teas, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities: • Measure and blend teas according to established recipes and standards. • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, flavor, and aroma meet company standards. • Record blend information and adjust processes based on findings. • Identify and report defective or substandard ingredients. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation procedures. • Assist with packaging and labeling as needed. • Follow all standard operating procedures for blending and production. • Collaborate with production team to meet daily production goals. • Report food safety or quality issues to the supervisor. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED preferred. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Experience in tea blending, food production, or a similar role is preferred. • Ability to understand and follow written instructions and recipes. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work any assigned shift, including second shift if needed. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces. • Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed. You will operate and maintain machines such as the Komax Iota 330 to produce high-quality wire processing and related components. Attention to detail, precision measurements, and strong arithmetic skills are required.
