The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintain the parking area, ensuring a smooth and safe flow of vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Duties • Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles. • Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas, including manual transmission vehicles. • Monitor the parking lot to ensure proper vehicle placement and adherence to parking regulations. • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from guests. • Handle cash, and credit card transactions accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak times. • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with customers and employees. Qualifications • Previous experience as a valet parking attendant is preferred. • Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmission, required • Strong cash handling skill. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record. Job description: Lincoln Moving & Storage is seeking a qualified individual to dispatch daily crews and vehicles in the Everett, WA area. Includes local, office & industrial, intrastate, interstate, and international shipments. Must be able to pass background check and drug test. We are a drug and alcohol free company. JOB DUTIES Responsibilities include daily dispatching of drivers, crew, vehicles and back up warehouse personnel, as needed. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and DOT compliant. Make sure all drivers are DOT compliant and vehicles safe. Coordinate with management, sales, and outside agencies. Process logs, vehicle inspections, and paperwork. Determine profitability of work, including auditing paperwork and expenses. Minor truck maintenance, as needed. SKILLS Excellent communication skills needed. Familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word and Mover’s Suite system. Knowledge of military & State Department regulations, storage facility standards, OSHA safety compliance standards, Household goods tariffs and drug and alcohol testing requirement rules. Two or more years of household goods experience preferred.
