The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, dependable, and have a keen eye for detail. While we prefer 2+ years in fine dining, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic will be just as important. A fine dining Captain ensures a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests by serving as the primary point of contact, managing service, and collaborating with the kitchen and service team. Responsible for greeting guests, acknowledging dietary needs, wine knowledge, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
