ClimateMakers HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the service department to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role oversees service technicians, coordinates daily schedules, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and acts as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and company leadership. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for technical and customer service skills. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Operations & Scheduling: Oversee daily service operations, including technician dispatching and workload balancing. Review and approve work orders, job costing, and invoicing accuracy. Monitor service calls to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards. Customer Service: Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
