This role is responsible for managing integrations across a large enterprise organization. This requires tactical execution, planning, coordination, and managing the successful delivery of multiple deliverables. This role will collaborate with many cross functional stakeholders and provide analysis and reporting. This position is based in the Stamford, CT area and requires in office/on site support weekly. Candidates should live in the region to commute daily or travel weekly within the Northeast USA region to be on site 3-4 days per week. No Visa sponsorship is offered for this role. This is a long term consulting engagement. Duties & Responsibilities Manage integration activities across several functions on behalf of the PMO or organization. Develop project planning for each workstream, along with weekly/monthly status reporting. Daily, hands-on project management activities throughout the program life cycle for all work streams. Document project deliverables utilizing PMI, PMP methodology. Plan and monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple work streams. Integrate business policies and governance processes into planning and accountability for project roadmaps. Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements to keep projects on track. Build and manage budgets, actuals and forecast for the merger integration program. Schedule, facilitate and lead related project meetings. Create and manage stakeholders’ communication at all levels of the organization. Identify and report program KPIs to assess impact. Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams. Provide and perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables. Own overall integrated project plan and support cross-functional resources, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and achievement of business goal. Consistently exercise informed judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Requirements Desired Skills & Experience  Candidates must have proven experience in project management gained through managing large and complex projects. Candidates must have the following: Minimum 5 years strong project/program management experience managing multiple work streams. Consulting experience with integration activities across several functional areas is desired and should include any of the following: operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or human resources exposure. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives. Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired.   Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar PMP certification is desired MBA is a plus Compensation Sand Cherry Associates based in Denver, CO is required by state law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $80-90/hour on 1099 or adjusted commensurate salary on W2. Presidio is seeking a Server Engineer for a customer in Center City Philadelphia. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions. Patch management testing and coordination including development and testing security patch packages. Participate in technical on-call rotation. Installation and maintenance: Install parts (e.g. processors, memory, storage, NICs, etc.) for both rack and bench systems. Perform routine data collection and maintain systems, racks, power, network, and remote access. Serve as a key enabler for offsite resources by resetting systems, swapping out parts, and providing overall scheduling for server usage. Maintain lab server and network infrastructure and conduct automated tests on Clients Software/Hardware components. Configure Windows, setup PC from scratch, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Load drivers in Windows. Assist in maintaining IP Addressing database. Assist in maintenance and auditing of all monitoring systems. Firm Building:  Active engagement in department-specific and firm-wide initiatives in order to expand capabilities, create solutions to unmet business needs, improve user experience, or develop more efficient processes. Ability and willingness to contribute to the advancement of team, office and business capabilities. Other duties as required by the position. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience working as a Server Technician, Network Administrator or Windows Server Administrator required. 3+ years' experience in Windows, MS-Exchange, MS Office 365, basic networking and overall end-user support required. Excellent customer service skills including the ability to work with all levels of employee. Must possess a sense of urgency and work well under pressure. Ability to work independently, remotely or as a team. Ability to participate in on call rotation that may include evenings and weekends.
