Whether you're just starting out or already experienced, this is a long-term opportunity to master NX, contribute to full-cycle production, and grow into a key player in our advanced manufacturing team. What You’ll Do • Use NX CAD to create drawings, models, assemblies, and manufacturing plans • Program CNC tool paths — from basic to complex — using NX • Collaborate with designers and machinists through all stages of production • Recommend CNC setups and guide operators • Assist with CNC machine setup and operation when needed • Assemble and fit machined components with precision What You Bring Required: • 1+ year CNC programming experience (NX, Mastercam, Fusion, or similar) • 1+ year CNC setup and operation experience • 1+ year CAD modeling experience (NX, SolidWorks, Fusion, or similar) • Strong understanding of CNC tooling and applications • Solid modeling and assembly skills • Familiarity with GD&T and drafting practices • Ability to plan, create specs, and write manufacturing instructions • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) • High school diploma • Mechanically inclined, organized, and team-oriented • Reliable transportation • Drug-free with clean background • Must live within 30 minutes of McMinnville Preferred: • Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering • Experience with CMM, inspection, Polyworks, or quality control • Ability to machine components to spec using HAAS CNC Why Build Your Career Here? • Salary range: $45,000–$90,000 depending on experience • Long-term employment with room to grow • Hands-on innovation: Work from concept to finished product • Collaborative team: Learn from experienced NX specialists • Cutting-edge tools: Stay ahead with the latest tech Ready to Design Your Future?
