Job Summary: Cannabis Production Technicians are directly involved in manufacturing our products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units that will be distributed to dispensaries throughout the state and ultimately into the hands of our customers who enjoy our top-of-the-line branded products. Duties/Responsibilities: Manipulating flower and oil. Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products. Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods. Required Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law. Ability to work well with others and independently. Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis. Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality. Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA. Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality. Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED required. 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred. Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of standing or sitting for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Must have full use of arms and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis. Must be capable of repetitive motions using hands and arms while working with cannabis. This position is an entry-level job for mill/plant sanitation work in the facility and will train to be operator relief in all departments. This will also include Preventive Maintenance work when scheduled. The primary purpose of this role is to help plant sanitation and compliance with Food Safety and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) standards. Job Type: Full-time (non-exempt/hourly) Pay: $23.00 per hour starting wage during probation, pay increase at the end of probation Schedule: Rotating schedule (3rd shift 4 weeks, 2nd shift 4 weeks, 1st shift 4 weeks OR 3rd shift 2 weeks, 2nd shift 2weeks, 1st shift 2 weeks) Shift hours 8-12 depending on business needs . 6-7 days a week ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: · Responsible for assigned floors and weekly master sanitation tasks. Weekly tasks and duties are performed from a Master Sanitation Checklist · Performing preventative maintenance duties around the mill/plant. Assisting maintenance personnel as needed. · Routinely observe and make decisions to ensure the preservation of the physical facility, including all equipment, utilities, pumps, compressors, boilers, roofs, etc. · Conduct routine maintenance on the department equipment as scheduled, and maintain the area in a clean, sanitary condition. · Responsible for sanitation in designated areas. · Actively maintaining a safety culture. Always thinking of personal safety and that of your team members. Serve on safety and food safety committees

The roles of Quality Control Technician include, but are not limited to: • Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products to determine adherence to prescribed specifications. • Record test results and demonstrate good documentation practices (GDP) and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP). • Perform the batch record review per instructions for accuracy and adherence to GDP. • Create and report certificate of analysis. • Perform, record, trend daily/periodic QC checks/data to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of data being reported. • Evaluate the quality of data generated and adherence to procedures and practices. • Record, investigate, and report non-conforming results (OOS) to supervisor in a timely manner. • Report any deviations from procedures and normal practices to manager. • Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents/samples according to procedures. • Ensure all lab glassware is clean, and all equipment is calibrated prior to use. • Keep work area and equipment safe, clean and in good working order. • Attend any recommended training requested by the manager. • Perform other duties as agreed upon by both parties within the scope of the Quality Control Technician role. Hours: Monday -Friday Pay: $22.00-24.00

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES •           Directs production Work Order execution with prioritization from Production Manager, coordinates supporting equipment setup and line clearance operations, and team activities for equipment preventative maintenance. •           Participates in Production Planning meetings to provide Work Order execution status and scheduling updates. •           Participates hands-on in IM&A activities including work order execution, process equipment setup and shut down operations, mold/material/tooling changes, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and required quality assurance activities. •           Sustains on-going training and development of IM&A team members on all injection molding and machine automation processes, along with required quality assurance inspections to confirm production parts meet LEMO quality standards and dimensional requirements per drawings. •           Monitors processes at start up, production, and shut down to ensure the proper operation of injection molding and over-molding machines, automated pin insertion machines, and other IM&A work area process equipment. •           Collaborates with Engineering and Quality to investigate root causes of molding and secondary operation issues; helps with implementing corrective actions and process control plans. •           Provides input and participates in continuous improvement projects on cycle time reduction, process and machine up-time improvements, and scrap/waste reduction •           Follows all policies and work rules including but not limited to safety, 5S (housekeeping), Lean Manufacturing practices and quality systems •           Assists with new mold samples, verifies that process parameters are set per the process qualification documentation, collects and provides requested documentation of results. •           Other duties as assigned See job posting for more specific details and job qualifications.
