(No cold calling required.) · Responsible for knowledge of all our products and services to better serve and assist our customers. · Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals, and processing payments. · Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum customer interaction volumes, and closing ratios. · Strong follow-up with leads and being highly responsive and thorough in answering their questions. · Must have excellent verbal communication skills and provide great customer service & support. · Must be comfortable greeting and interacting with customers, creating rapport, and closing sales. Requirements: · Education: Must have a high school diploma · Customer Service: 2 years · Sales Experience: 2 years · Spanish (Required) · Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.
