We specialize in small to mid-size commercial projects, tenant finish and tenant improvement projects, as well as large, high-end residential homes and remodels and now Service, too. We are seeking candidates with experience in those areas specifically but are willing to train. The IDEAL candidate would have experience in all of the above, but willing to train. Journeymen- Must be able to read Blue Prints. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing and able to work alone AND with others. Journeymen must have all personal hand and power tools, (large tools are provided). Apprentice position must have 1 year experience and some tools, with a willingness to buy tools along the way. Service technicians must be willing to learn and participate in new construction projects as well as take service calls. Service vans will be provided for service workers upon successful background drug and DMV screening. All applicants must have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, a desire to learn and earn, and a desire to win. All applicants must be dependable and reliable. **We offer paid holidays from date of hire, AND 2 WEEKS PAID VACATION AFTER 12 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH PERFECT ATTENDANCE AND GOOD PERFORMANCE!!** Employer contribution to health insurance.
