Landscape Foreman We are seeking an experienced and responsible Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping crews and oversee outdoor construction and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Delegate tasks and supervise crews in landscape installation, construction, and maintenance work 2. Train and mentor crew members on proper use of tools, equipment, pesticides, and fertilizers 3. Ensure crews follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times 4. Inspect work progress and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency 5. Manage inventory, order supplies, and provide cost estimates for materials and labor 6. Coordinate with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for projects 7. Complete administrative duties like timesheets, schedules, and reports Requirements: 3+ years of landscaping experience, including crew leadership Extensive knowledge of plants, soils, landscaping techniques, and equipment Ability to operate landscape machinery and power tools safely Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and starting wage of $30-40/hr English & Spanish Speaking a plus Apply today to join our talented landscaping team!
